Our goal
We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We are still improving, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing task rather than a finished one.
What we do
- Pages use one main heading and a clear heading order.
- Images that carry meaning have text descriptions.
- Links and buttons can be reached and used with a keyboard, and focus is visible.
- Text is left aligned and sized to be readable, and layouts adjust for phones, tablets and computers.
- Forms have labels and show a message when something needs fixing.
- Calculators and tools can be used with a keyboard and announce results.
Known limits
Some content comes from other sources and may not meet the same standard. That includes PDF documents from community associations, booklets on other websites and the property search on our brokerage site. If you cannot use one of them, contact us and we will help you get the information another way.
